I updated her network drivers (lan and wi-fi) as
well as the bios firmware. She is now able to log
in and use the wireless.
Her network drives and printers should also be
working.

She called to say that she is available this 
morning from 10 to 11:30.  This is the only time 
she is available so this time would be ideal.

She is having problems with her Dell laptop.  It
took a few tries for her to log in yesterday but
she eventually got in.  Now today, she cannot log
in and her computer tells her it is because the
time on her computer is more than 5 minutes off
from the network time.  Also, her printing network
is down, she can send something to print, but then
it says that there is a problem with the printer
or with the network.  Other people are able to
send things to print, so the problem seems to be
with her computer. 

Today she is available until about 12:45pm, and
she will be in her office again today at 4pm.  She
is also available next Tuesday from 11-noon. You
can have someone else open her office if you need
to. Her laptop is W#20091429[Edit Inv].
