This sounds like it might be the same issue for 
the ticket already open for Heidi Coley in the 
same department with a similiar issue.

Can you look at the NAC or the WiFi access point
in the writing center?  I dont think its a problem
with her computer.

getting access denied when logging into cisco. It
is not updating so it will not let her in. it was
trying to update for 30 minutes and did not seem
like it got any where.

Jennifer is not able to access her drives alot of
the time. she is not able to check her email and
drives. The computer will work some of the time.
but alot of the time when she goes to do some work
alot of the time the computer will lock her out of
the drives and says that she is not able to access
them. She has restarted the computer and that did
not fix the error
