working but after updates and changing to windows
wireless it is working.

Hi Teresa.
Two tech guys came over on Tuesday to look at the 
TW laptops and left saying they would come back.  
The laptops needed some updates that would take 
time.  They haven't been back yet and there are 
only 2 days till start of summer term.  I wanted 
to make sure that they come back and finish the 
task.

Hi there.
I have computers 20081145[Edit Inv] & 20060627[Edit Inv] (both
laptops) that I would like tech to check by June
16.  These are TypeWell (TW) computers and they
have been loosing connection with the Wifi
internet and Skype.  Richard has worked on them
before. 

Also, please ask Paul to check the ports in or
near HSS 111 and MOD 107 to make sure they are up
and running.  We have 2 summer classes in these
rooms where we are using TW and if he could check
to make sure they are running well, I would
appreciate it.
