- Fake AV was installed on her computer but did
not seem to completely infect the computer.
- Malwarebytes is currently running a scan on her
computer.

Robbin called back to say that Robert was there 
working on the ticket and they tried the website 
on another computer and it infected the second 
computer.  So Robert asked her to call us and see 
about removing the website or doing something to 
help fix this.

with having a tech come in if she is out.

to have been infected with potential viruses and 
issues.  Possible major viruses.
