finally resolviing software need on SR#45166 and 
have placed order#5985.  Will close this task 
when his software has been installed

his laptop W#20080465[Edit Inv] has a valid license of Adobe
Production Premium CS5 Win License from P0075741
installed as CS4 because it is not 64 bit(needs to
be 64 bit for Premier/ video editing portions). 
We can't share this with a MAC and I don't see a
version bought for MAC laptop W#20100659[Edit Inv].  We can
share Adobe with PC desktop and laptop as long as
they are both exclusively assigned to him as the
end user( not a general office station) the
version we can install as(cs5 vs cs4) will depend
on the OS install.  I left him an audix msg for
him to call me so we can clear this up

He has Adobe already, but it is the older version.
 There is a department shared Mac laptop that has
the Adobe CS5 on it, and that laptop is probably
in his name, but it is a shared machine.  The
desktop he wants Adobe on is W#20101136[Edit Inv].  He is
wondering if he can update to a newer version, or
if he needs to submit a purchase request.
