Sophos removed the virus. I ran a scan and also
merged some reg files that fixed he exe files.

The pop up saying is XP Home Security alert - 
system intgrety alert. She ran Sophos and it says 
no alerts but the pop up block keeps happening - 
now saying home security unregistred warning.
