We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#43195)

Description: Librarians can not get into EBSCO 
from Eugene. 

We were wondering if this has been resolved for 
you or if we can still be of assistance with 
this.  If so, just let us know, we'll be happy to

Emailed Laura to make contact and explain what's
involved with using Teamviewer.  Hopefully
Thursday afternoon there will be a good time for
them to have me take over one of their machines to
test stuff.

Have them use remote desktop for EBSCO while the
web/firewall people look at it.

When the librarians that are working in Eugene 
that have UO IP addresses are trying to log into 
the website to get into the Hamersley website it 
is not allowing them. It automatically takes them 
to the UO website instead. It started when we got 
the wou portal. 

They need to be able to get into the Ebsco 
database and right now they are not able to do 
it, it sends them to the University or Oregon.
