Hi Mary Ellen,
I need some additional information regarding
service request #43281

Description: NEW EQUIP SETUP: Xerox Phaser 3600DN
printer for Abby House in WUC 108 (Order# 5752) - 8/18

Did you need this printer networked? I originally
understood it was going to be a local printer. It
will need additional configuration if it needs to
be networked.

Mary Ellen emailed me and said that could be
right, that the printer is there, she just said
she hasn't been able to print to their printer
from her laptop (that is my understanding anyways).

and made sure it's on high priority and noted that

Hi Teresa-
As you have probably figured out, I am on
vacation. I will have to have a technician come
back because my laptop needs to be set up to print
on that printer. I will be back in the office on
the 18th. I have been waiting a very long time to
be able to print from my laptop!

We were just following up with you regarding the

I heard back from Nathan, our technician, and he
said he was able to have the WUC staff let him
into the room, WUC 108B and the printer has been
delivered.  Let me know if you do not see it or
have any questions.

We were just following up with you regarding a

Yesterday I had someone open the door to Abby house 
and let Laven and I in. The printer is installed on 
the computer 20101359[Edit Inv]. Installed as of 8/9.

it has been a month since we made this task 
active...not sure what the hold up is.  I have 
moved the printer to the countertop in ITC008 and 
it appears to be ready to go otherwise.  This is 
a local printer setup

Hi Tricia-
Thanks for holding on delivery. Yes, we are ready
for delivery now at Abby's House in WUC 108A.  I
will be in Abby's House tomorrow ( Wed (6th) 
between 12:30pm and 3 pm. Thursday (7th)  and
Friday (8th) I will be in between 11-5 pm.
