I followed the tech's advice and am now looking at
the scan results. He told me to go ahead and fix
all the errors that come up, but I just wanted to
verify that he wanted me to fix this one.

Under the spybot scan I get a
"Microsoft.Windows.disableSystemRestore"
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\\Windows
NT\SystemRestore\DisableSR (is not) dword:0

Should I go ahead and fix that error? Or is that
one to ignore?

Thanks,

I'm an employee on campus and noticed that my
WOUPortal wasn't allowing me to login via
Firefox. I could log in via IE but needed that to
run the dept's inbox. I did a Spyware/Sophos scan
and it came up with a Trojan (?) in C:\documents
& settings\torresmm\local
settings\temp\csrss.exe. I followed the
directions and deleted it. Now that I've done
that I can't use either IE or Firefox (it comes
up with internet connectivity issues). Any
recommendations? Or can I do a System Restore (it
says only a network admin can approve that).
