called and said that she is trying to access and
download messenger and it is not working for her.
she is saying that she is getting a message that
is saying that it is not a valid application. she
would like to have someone come and help her out.

Nathan came and cleaned her computer because it 
had a virus. Now she does not have "Windows 
messenger" she has tried to download it from 
online for a couple days and it says that it is 
not a valid application. 
She had it before and it shows up in her programs 
but when she clicks on it, it does nothing.
