his port looked ok.  I changed his computer nic
setting from 100-full to auto and now it works
just great.

Gave admin rights to both of them. Paul needs to
check the ports in Ermie office. Files were
downloading very slow. I changed the cable and it
was still downloading slow.

He needs admin rights to new computers in the 
department. Computer number: 20091352-Located in 
123 MA. (Also, he wanted to add that this 
computer is very slow at loading any online pages)
