I had to do a little tweaking to the case of the
computer.  It is ejecting fine now.

The case is messed up on her system. When the lid
is closed it compresses the cd drive so it will
not release the disk inside.

Got a new computer but it will not eject disks 
out of the player. They are having to use a paper 
clip to pull it out.
