Hi Teresa,

Let's move quickly on this, now that we know it's 
a legit upgrade.

The old computer is MacBook Pro #20071081[Edit Inv] .  I 
wish to upgrade to a newer MacBook Pro.  My 
current laptop has both MS Office as well as the 
iWork suite installed, so I'd like that 
capability in the new model too.

I'm at home today with a sick child:  503-452-
