Angie,

Adam is out today, and he is really the authority
on that model printer.

Have you tried reseating the cartridge?  Run it
through maintenance cycle to clean the heads?

Greetings,

 

We are having a problem with our color printer. 
It is saying ¿magenta cartridge incompatible¿. It 
said this a couple of days ago so I replaced the 
cartridge and that has not helped. Could someone 
come look at it and see if they can figure out 
what is going on? This is the only color printer 
for our department and it is used all of the 
time. The WOU number is 20080292[Edit Inv].
