Hi there,

I want to apologize that we haven't replaced the 
W#20070142[Edit Inv] computer in the Reference area.  I 
have checked to be sure it is on highest priority 
and it is so Dale will help with this ASAP.  He 
will be out of the office the first part of next 
week but I'm sure he will make it a priority for 
as soon as he returns.

Thanks for your patience and I'm sorry it hasn't 
been taken care of yet.

would like to have the new machine asap. The 
computer is loading slow or not at all. There is 
not always drives and some of the programs are
