I had to unclog the print "q" and also restart
pcounter.  The printers are back up and running now.

Our HLRefWest & HLColorWest printers are not 
receiving or printing any jobs at this time.  
Nothing seems to be backed up in the queues, but 
nothing prints and no print credits are expended 
when jobs are sent to these printers.
WOU numbers are 20100785[Edit Inv] and 20100786[Edit Inv], however 
it's most likely the networking rather than the 
printers.
