Description: One printer that prints ID cards at 
info desk needs new part. 

We were wondering if this has been resolved for 
you or if we can still be of assistance with

Thanks for the update, Teresa.  I'm just afraid 
that if we need to order a
part that we won't have it by New Student Week.  
We aren't using this
printer right now, but we will need it by 9/18. 
Could someone else help?
It's not a "special" printer...just a cheap Epson.

This is one of the printers that Werner uses to 
print I.D. cards. It is flashing the second and 
third light. She looked up what that meant and it 
says "service part".
