Dear Computer Help Desk,
 
My computer at my desk is what I am sending a 
work request for.
 
Computer # 20080369[Edit Inv].
 
When I turn on my computer, it says that I have a 
disk that needs to be checked.  If I let the 
computer try to scan whatever it is trying to 
scan the computer just freezes.  It allows me to 
just click any button and it bypasses this 
checking.  Then I can turn on my computer.  I 
have completely shut down my computer at least 
three times last week, but each time I turn it 
back on, the same message that something is wrong 
with a disk comes up.
 
This computer is located in my office, APS 201.  
My direct phone line is 503-838-8061.
