She tried opening the software too many times. 
Looked in the task manager, had many open
processes.  Closed them, works fine.

Crystal has dragon dictation on her computer and
it is not working. she no longer has the disk with
her cause she believes that the disk was in the
computer when it came to usc for repairs. She
would like to have dragon dictation reinstalled on
her computer.
