replacement printer and also got a temp set up and
running for them.

Is there a color printer we can borrow until this
is fixed? We are working on New Student Week stuff
and really need a color printer.

I am sorry to bother you but I really need our 
color printer fixed. Below is the email I sent 
Friday morning. I have been given a service 
request number but no contact on when this might 
possibly be worked on. Could you help with this 
please?

Good morning,

 

Our color copier still has the same problem where
it says ¿cartridge not compatible¿. This is the
third request I have made to have this fixed.
Technicians come over, replace the cartridge and
it works¿temporarily. Replacing the cartridges is
not solving the problem and in the meantime our
department is going through these cartridges like
they are water. I need this machine fixed please.
Also, I am not purchasing refilled cartridges for
this machine. They are new HP cartridges. They are
expensive and this is running into money.

 

The other problem is this is our only color
printer and we use is all day long. So please put
a priority on this.
