She was trying to access her I: drive through the
local account on the computer. I had her log in
and they showed up.

Hello help desk.

This is the captioning computer. I am unable to
log on to the system to get to our ODS I:drive. 
It goes to an I:drive but none of our office
folders are there.  Prior it had its own user name
and password and wasn't connect to the system. 
Now the computer is connected to the system and we
would like to access the I:drive.  

If this could be done by Thursday, August 18th,
that would be great.
