Hi Isaac,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#43879)

Description: Not able to print - seems to be a 
problem with the printer - saying needs paper but 
it has paper.

We were wondering if this has been resolved for 
you or if we can still be of assistance with

Isaac is not able to print to the printer from his
computer W#20080447[Edit Inv].  The W# for the printer is
W#20070933[Edit Inv].  Saying that the printer wants paper
but there is paper in the printer.  Few other
issues, multiple page printing issue also but
today it won't print at all.
