Dear Help Desk,

In our student work desk area, we have an older
computer.

Recently, your awesome staff helped us to find a
mouse that would work for that computer.  For some
reason it is not working at all.  I am not sure if
it is plugged in incorrectly, or if there is
something else going on.

We do know that this is not a top priority and
understand if this is not looked at right away.

Also, our building will be without power next
Tuesday, August 23rd, so there will not be anyone
in our office that day.
