I'm emailing you regarding the service request we

Description: "Was on WOU's web site through portal
and got a blue screen"

I was wondering if you were still having "memory
dump" or blue screen issues?
Also, if you wanted a tech to come by to make sure
everything is up to date on your computer to
prevent that from happening again, what time would
you be available?

Was on WOU's web site through portal she was using
get gmail and replaying to another WOU address
jfarnsworth11@wou.edu and while r playing a blue
screen came up and said "Physical Dump Complete" 
and froze that was she couldn't use
ctrl-alt-delete she had to hold the power button
down. She says everything looks alright now but
wants someone to make sure it is.
