Emily Kavanagh	Aug 22, 2011 02:55 PM	Was on WOU's web site through portal she was using get gmail and replaying to another WOU address jfarnsworth11@wou.edu and while r playing a blue screen came up and said "Physical Dump Complete" and froze that was she couldn't use ctrl-alt-delete she had to hold the power button down.
