For some reason she was showing up as "student0" permissions in 
the drapper ldap server. Dave changed it to "staff" and had her log 
off and back on and it worked!

I need a bit of clarification of what you really need.

Also you have 2 WOU accounts: balesa and balesaa
Do you use both accounts? We probably should delete
the one you don't use.

I have setup the system so that you get admin
rights on those two computers.

As far as automatic email forwarding, I don't
manage the mail system, so I have assigned your
task to network support where our mail
administrator can act on that task on Sept. 1st.

I created a group policy that adds members of the
mailroom_admin group (mary jacobs and amanda
bales) to the local administrators group on the
two systems (security filter applied to the two
specific computer names only) listed below this entry

Amanda Bales needs to have admin right to the two
computers that are down in the mail room. She
needs to have this done on the first. She will not
be there until 9/1 and she would like it all done
on that day. she would also like to have help with
an automatic forward of the mailroom email set up.
