We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#43997)

Description: Office not able to print to printer.

I know there is an issue with a scanner, I 
believe, but we were not sure if this was still 
an issue or not.  If so, just let us know, we'll 
be happy to help.

No one in the office is able to print to the
printer. They have tried to remap the printer and
they are still not able to the printer.

the printer is in WUC 119.
