Tom's computer keeps freezing on him when he is on
the internet. He has had help with this issue
several times but nothing seems to stick for a
long period of time. He is thinking that he should
have his computer re-imaged so that it is up to
date and cleaned up. He thinks that this will take
care of the issue.
