Thanks Teresa!
They fixed it for now.  They said that it will 
continue to occur because it is an old printer.  
So I guess we have to buy a new one at some 
point.  :(

Jennifer cannot print to her printer. It is
showing up but not printing. She tells the printer
to print and it won't.
