Hi Gudrun,
I'm glad your office computer is working just fine.
We will go ahead and close the task we have open
for you.

Yes, unfortunately, we can't do work on people's
person computers.
I can suggest though that you look into getting
more memory for your personal computer if
possible. I can not say for sure, but that could
be one solution to why it is freezing or running slow.
If you are unsure how to do that yourself you can
take it to a local electronics store and they
should be able to help you out.

Hi Andrew,
that freezing problem happens on my home PC and
when I called I hoped there was an easy "over the
phone" answer. The office PC hasn't had that
happen, so you can cancel the work order.

Hi Nathan, it's been happening with writing emails
on my home PC this summer. I'll let you know if
the WOU one does it as well. As I'm writing I'll
hit a key by mistake and the whole thing just
freezes up. I then have to log off and start over
.... can't figure out which key sets it off ...

but she doesn't know which one. She said she was
typing an email when her computer froze.
