Hi Jessica,

I'm just following up on that computer image I did
for you.
I re-imaged it to Windows 7 because your computer
was eligible for it. I have already dropped it off
and set it up back at your office.

I was able to save some of your files on that
computer such as the items on your desktop and
your favorites.
To get to these files: open up My Computer, go to
Local Disk C, and they are all in the folder name
"hendersj".
Other than those files, all of your documents will
still be on your H: drive like always. Please
continue to save things there.

I am going to close the task we have open for you
(#44198).
However, if you have any problems you can email me
back here or call our help desk at extension 88925
and they help you out or track me down.
