Computer 20101448[Edit Inv]

Twice now my computer has re-started for no known
reason right in the middle of a project. Once
when I was trying to help a Donor. This cannot
happen. I think it was doing some kind of an
update (maybe Windows update). How do I get it to
ask me if I want to re-start now or later?
