The error message that she is getting is 

" An error occurred while reconnecting X:to 
\\firefly.wou.edu\wouwebsite$
Microsoft windows network: The network path was 
not found. The connection has not been restored."

I have not had access to the X: drive for quite 
awhile now and I need to make changes/revisions 
to our web page. Would someone please help me out 
with this?
