Raymond,

Could you elaborate on the uniqueness of software
on your system?

The upgrade does not preserve installed
applications on XP, there is no upgrade path from
XP to 7.  We basically wipe the machine and
install a new image of Windows 7 Pro 64bit to the
system.

It takes a couple of hours or less.

He also has some unique systems also and wants to 
make sure that they carry over from XP to Windows 
7 as well.

He has a W#20090951[Edit Inv] and would like to upgrade to 
Windows 7.  He is currently running XP and would 
like to upgrade to Windows 7.  He is eligible, is 
system was downgraded to XP to no charge to 
upgrade.
