Hi Teresa,


I still don't have access to the color printer in 
my office (I figured out how to connect to the 
black and white one).  I have the color printer 
installed on my computer, but things I send to it 
do not print.


I'm out of the office tomorrow, but will be in 
Friday.  Could someone help me then do you think?

I also have an even older request (#44369) that 
is actually more important to me.  I can't print 
to the color printer in our department.

She really wants this worked out.  She said that
the instructions Brian sent did work for that one
printer, but everyone else in the office is using
it on bart.  It was very difficult for me to
follow exactly what she was saying-- is anyone
able to give her a call?

She got a new computer this summer and she is
under the impression that this is an issue with
drivers.  She does not have the correct drivers on
her computer for these printers.

Please go to Start, Run and type: gpupdate /force

Click OK to restart.

When you log back in you should have the printer
you requested.

She would like to have someone come add printers  
to her computer. 

Computer number is: 20101216[Edit Inv]
Printer 1: 20041503[Edit Inv]
Printer 2: does not have wou number but it on 
bart: TRI-TRI color.
