They called back and they will have their tech, 
Mona, come out on Tuesday, January 3rd at 10:00

Told them it wouldn't boot to CD while holding C
or holding option on start up.
Told them it has 2 hard drives. A Mac RAID
controller. First hdd is 320GB and should be the
one with the OS on it. 2nd hdd is 750gb.

Apple Care said that the tech would call within
the next 48 hours to schedule an appointment. I
won't be here tomorrow so I gave them the help
desk number.

studio, crashed.

This computer is doing the same thing it was doing
before.  When he fires it up, it does nothing for
awhile and then there is a folder icon with a
question mark in it.

hardware test, then call the number, and go from
there.

The computer in SH107 has crashed.  It is a Mac
tower, W#20080854[Edit Inv].  He was running a program, the
program quit, the computer froze and he had to
manually shut the computer down.  Now it has a
blank, gray screen.  It will not turn back on.
