I was up im her office fixinf a loose DVI
connection and I took care of this. She just
needed her default printer changed.

Hello UCS Personnel,

I put in a request order to have my printer fixed
two weeks ago.  My printer was printing my
documents on a different printer across campus. 
Today the printer is not on.  Could you please
send someone to fix it as soon as possible?
