Hi Mary,

We were getting back to you regarding the missing 
Smart Cart Apple Tower (W#20030063).  We have 
notified Public Safety and have let them know 
that it is missing. (#44544).

The good news, we have a replacement on our list 
(#43880) so a replacement should be in place very 
soon.  We are just waiting for security mounts 
and to have the computer image installed and then 
this will be taken care of.

We will work on this asap.

Hi there,

We have had a computer missing from Campbell Hall 
Rm 104.  We first found out about it on 9/27/11 
that it was from a "smart cart" and it was 
missing the tower and we were notified by Mary 
Harden in the Art Department.  We did some 
research on our end to make sure that it wasn't 
taken by a tech and all of our notes show it was 
not.  We have the W# and that is W#20030063.  It 
is an older machine.  We were in the process of 
replacing it very soon but it had not been yet so 
it is MIA and wanted to let you know in case you 
can help us track it down.

As of yesterday or today, the Smart Cart in CH 104
is missing the tower (I believe there was a G5
there).  She would like someone to call her with
information about this (88460), she is in and out
of class today, so leave a message.
