I don't know about the problem of not detecting
the paper.  Paul helped me figure out the wiring
and the printer is back up and running.

Upon asking for more information this what she said:

No one can print to it so there is no status or
error message. My assumption is it is not
programmed in. It used to print so not sure. I
haven¿t looked to see if it is hooked up
correctly. I just haven¿t had time. My calendar is
a little more open tomorrow so maybe I can look at
it in the morning. But it doesn¿t recognize paper
in the drawers so I think there is something else
wrong. It shows there isn¿t any paper. There is no
paper in it right now because paper keeps
disappearing out of the lab so we are monitoring
why. So since it isn¿t printing we are not keeping
paper in it.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will keep you posted.

fill the other printer lots because there in only

Greetings,

 

One printer in the computer lab seems to not be
printing. I haven¿t had to put any paper in it.
Today I turned off the other printer because I
needed to change the cartridge. When I turned it
back on it printed. So that tells me the other
printer has a problem. It also doesn¿t seem to
register there is paper in the drawers. The
problem printer is on the right and the number is
2008 0294
