nope, still hasn't been resolved.  we're trying 
to get the copier to scan documents to our 
computers.  it's supposed to be able to do this 
and everytime someone comes over they don't know 
what to do and say "oh I'll send someone else 
over"  and then leaves.......

our copier is set up to be able to scan - but 
when we tell it to do it, it tells us the sender 
is not specified.....  that's our problem.  :)

I truly am not sure what scanner is not working - 
the only thing that we can come up with around 
here is that our copier is supposed to scan to e-
mails and it doesn't.  I know I did not call in a 
scanner not working, and Donna didn't, so we're 
not sure who did.....  We would love to get our 
copier working on scanning though if someone 
wants to come play with it.  It keeps telling us 
the sender is not defined.

The scanner that is on SLCD is not connecting to
the computer. They do not think the drivers are
installed on the computer for the scanner.
