A couple days ago her volume worked.  She has
turning on the sound bar, turned up the volume,
changed the volume settings on her computer, but
she is unable to get any sound to come out when
playing a disc or a webinar.  

Also, her USB ports, on both her monitor and
computer are not working.  She said this has
happened in the past and we come and fix it, and
after awhile it breaks again. Computer is W#20100684[Edit Inv].
