Andrea,
Remove your connection to KRUSTY\AA-AALC printer,
log out and log back in.

I enabled the duplexing unit on the printer's
configuration on the print server.

Andrea is on Windows 7 and it's not allowing an 
option for duplex printing.  W#20091003[Edit Inv].  I tried 
to walk her through it but she doesn't appear to 
have the same options as I do when printing.
