I called this morning about our Xerox printer, not
working.  #20091661[Edit Inv]

Is anyone available to come take a look soon? 
It's totally down and will not print.

Printer is always showing a "tray one is out of
paper" it is not. Sometimes it will print off but
other times it says the document failed to print. 

This started last week and is still off and on today.

They did try to restart it, and remove all the
paper and re-load it.
