I'm guessing it was an issue with IE, Firefox
opens his email fine, and he was OK with that
solution.

He is not able to constantly get into his email.
He is trying to use both an icon to take him
directly to mail, which sometimes will work but
other times he can open the icon itself and then
it wont let him actually open mail in his inbox. 
He also is going through portal and the mouse
disappears and wont appear on the gmail page. 


He has tried to access it at home by going through
the portal and it has worked every time.
