I went over and put a new one in her printer this
morning.  I think the one we got before this was a
lemon.

A new fuser is on order. It was warrantied yesterday. We 
may have to look at replacing the printer if it is destroying 
fusers.

Sandy called back to say that she did a little 
bit of printing and the same error 50.2 fuser 
error message came on again.  She said she can't 
wait another three weeks to have this fixed.

She is happy camper again.

On Friday Sandy was printing (printer name - 
QuickSilver) and the printer stopped in the 
middle of the print job.  Came up with error 
message 50.2 fuser error.  Not a networked 
printer, just a local printer.
