Susie,

There were 60GB of files in the local account's
profile that I moved to your department's I:
drive.  It was down to 100mb of free space, that
is most likely the reason you couldn't open the
Encore files.

It should work fine now.

Please let me know if you encounter any further
problems with it.

60gb of 75 gb disk was avi files in a local
profile, moving them to their I drive.

Hi Teresea.
Also on that request is deleting files to free up 
memory space on that same computer.  There are 
some files that I can't delete or I don't know if 
I should delete.

Hi.
Computer # 20070667[Edit Inv]
1. This computer has captioning software on it and
currently it will not open any Encore files done
previously.  We need access to those.  Message:
File cannot be found appears.

2.  We have been trying to free up space by
transferring files to the I:drive.  There are
files and programs we can't delete.  I need
someone to come over here and delete what needs to
be deleted and free up some memory space. 

Computer is located in the Interpreters' area just
to the left of the entrance.  If I'm not in the
office please proceed without me.
