Teresa,

The Library has been working with Dale Goodell 
regarding staff computer replacements since late 
July/early August. He has a spreadsheet listing 
special requirements for hardware and software 
configuration. I know that the Library had to 
purchase licenses for some applications (e.g. 
Camtasia), and I'm not sure about the status of 
those purchases. If someone other than Dale is 
going to handle configuration/installation of my 
new machine (I prefer a Dell desktop running 
Windows 7), I will need to communicate with that 
person directly about my requirements before the 
new machine is configured or delivered.

Hi Shirley,

Our records indicate that you are ready for a new 
computer replacement for your Dell computer. 
(W#20070554)

We were checking in to see if you were interested 
in an upgrade and if so, we are assuming it would 
be with another Dell desktop?  Also, would you 
need any special software on this machine?
