Teresa ---

We are having difficulties with this machine.  I 
got the System Configuration Utility quieted 
down, and restarted, but very slow.
All other "student calling" computers in that 
room were replaced under GFA, but this was just 
short of replacement schedule.
It's in the student area, and checking old e-mail 
was on GFA list last March.

Now I am not sure what to do with it.

Scott:

Yes, submit a ticket.  If this is a 2006 machine, 
it should be replaced.  In your ticket, put a 
note in about possible replacement.  If this is a 
GFA machine, replacement should be no problem; if 
not GFA, the replacement will need to be a "new" 
machine.

This will be located on the back counter of ITC 
008 with a GFA setup form.
