Shortcut for publisher is pointed at outlook,
right click on the shortcut, change target box
where it says OUTLOOK to read MSPUB

When Matt at the WUC info desk opens up Publisher 
it opens up Outlook instead. Just noticied this.  
He's at 8-8261, the main info line.
