Logged into gmail directly after failed portal
login (banner issue) then everything started working.

Ingrid is not in the system so I put it in Tina's
name because you can call Tina to find out what
hours Ingrid will be working.  
adamsi@wou.edu.  She is a temporary, part-time
intern.  She uses Google Apps for her email, but
starting this morning when she goes to the Portal,
the page will not load.  It says 'Done' at the
bottom, but the page is completely blank (when she
clicks on portal from the homepage).  Ingrid can
be reached at 88592.  She uses Firefox, I had her
empty her cache but it didn't help.
