The netbook has a popup note that says "Windows
cannot connect to the domain because the domain
controller was down or unavailable or your
computer account was not found."  This message
comes up after someone tries to log in with
username and password.

She called back to say that something popped up to
say the computer account was not found and now it
won't work again.

I reset the service tag in the bios.  The laptop
is back up and running.

The Library has a netbook that is having 
problem.  The message service tag is not 
programmed, press F1 or press F5, can't connect 
to the domain, can't connect.
